Required skills and
experience:
·Mandatory: AWS
Support experience of at least 2 years for an Enterprise customer
·Participate in off business hours On-Call
and is available when critical outages or issues occur.
·Ability to work off business hours as
required for support and deployments
·Excellent verbal and written communication
skills
·Comfortable with using applications like
Jira, Confluence, Teams, Visio, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel
·Perform assigned duties within the bounds
of professional, quality and security standards
·Experienced in interacting with internal
and external customers, corporate and vendor IT staffs
·Ability to solve problems in a logical,
methodical, and time efficient manner
·Preferred Bachelor’s Degree or higher from
an accredited university
·Knowledgeable in AWS Networking Skills that
comprise of Route 53, ELB/ALB, Transit Gateways, and VPNs
·Experienced in managing Firewall changes,
installing public certificates, making DNS changes
·Skilled in automating the setup,
maintenance, and testing of the networks
·Familiar with high availability and
disaster recovery methods for complex applications deployed in multiple regions
·Understand standard system administrator
functions that includes monitoring, patch/security updates, antivirus, backups,
restores, asset management, 24X7 support, etc.
·CISCO Firewall designs and configurations.
·Automating F5 Configurations and
implementations
·Design and implement SAML configurations
·Automating WAF, DF, Proxies configurations
and Auditing
·Provision environments in multi cloud
environments using API integration
Perl/PS/ scripting and automations
·Minimum of 5 years working in an
environment utilizing Cisco/Juniper/Palo Alto networking equipment
·Minimum of 1 years working with Network
Security
·Minimum of 6 months working on AWS Networks
